Our Four-step Approach

Traditional outsourcing models often fail. Differences in operational practices, cultural nuances, and limited familiarity with European market dynamics lead to misaligned expectations for both parties. At FairChain Workforce, we tackle these challenges head-on, ensuring smooth integration, mutual understanding, and sustainable results. We do this following a four-step approach

Contact us

1. Intake Phase

Dutch account managers work closely with you to clarify job requirements, company culture, and operational goals. This thorough screening ensures everyone is on the same page before any collaboration begins.

2. Dedicated Workforce

Our professionals commit to full-time or a minimum of 20 hours per week. This dedicated focus ensures consistent performance, reliability, and deeper engagement with your projects.

3. On-the-ground management

We station European managers at our African business centers in Kenya and Ethiopia to act as intermediaries. By bridging cultural and communication gaps, they help African talent seamlessly adapt to European workflows.

4. Regular Client Meetings

Frequent check-ins with your dedicated Dutch account manager help track progress, address any concerns promptly, and ensure continued satisfaction with our workforce.

1. Intake Phase

We begin by establishing clear, consistent outsourcing objectives and well-defined goals. Throughout this phase, our Netherlands-based account manager collaborates closely with you to ensure a smooth start:

  • Task Readiness: The account manager assesses the clarity and documentation of your tasks, confirming they are suitable for African professionals and set up for success.
  • Day-One Onboarding: An online meeting on the first day brings everyone together—client, account manager, and African professional—ensuring a seamless launch.
  • First-Month Check-Ins: During the initial month, regular progress reviews with both the worker and client help address challenges promptly, refine workflows, and keep projects on track.
