How it works
Step 1: Talent Acquisition & Contracting
- FCWF recruits and screens finance professionals.
- You hire directly (employees are on your payroll).
- We sign an Operational Management Agreement.
Step 2: Setup & Onboarding
- FCWF provides fully equipped office space (Ethiopia/Kenya).
- Employees get client-specific + Dutch finance training.
- IT, tools, and systems setup handled by FCWF.
Step 3: Operations & Supervision
- FCWF’s Business Center Manager oversees daily workflow.
- Weekly check-ins and continuous reporting to client.
- Alignment with Dutch finance standards ensured.
Step 4: Performance & Compliance
- You define KPIs. We enforce them.
- Monthly performance reviews.
- HR, labor laws, and conflict resolution handled locally by FCWF.
